We are fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and federal/state-level youth data laws.

• No personal data from youth under age 13 is collected without verified parent/guardian permission

• All youth-related data is used solely for program operations, safety, and participation records

• No images, names, or identifying information are published without written consent

• Stripe or PayPal (secure donations and payments)
