Elite Youth Development Programs
Brick City Academy offers a comprehensive, pro-level development system designed for 5th–8th grade athletes. Every program is built on the championship philosophies of the Hurley family, Coach K, Tom Izzo, and Phil Jackson. We train our athletes with the same discipline, structure, and mindset expected at the collegiate and professional levels.
🔹 Pro-Level Player Development
Advanced skill training in shooting, footwork, decision-making, IQ, defensive principles, and pro-style spacing. Every athlete trains as if they are preparing for high-level basketball.
🔹 Academic Excellence Program
All athletes must maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher. Families submit report cards, and tutoring support is available to keep every student academically strong and college-ready
🔹 Mental & Leadership Training
We build confidence, discipline, and emotional control to prepare athletes for high-level basketball and life.
🔹 ProReady AI Integration
Advanced analytics, biometric tracking, and individualized development plans to push each athlete toward collegiate and professional readiness.
Coaching Certification Program
College students can earn a Pro-Level Coaching Certification, including USA Gold certification and training in our pro-style systems.
